- Review opportunities in the marketplace for your services
- Present fee-for-service and primary-care models (e.g., Family Health Organization)
- Compare managed practice vs independent (leasing)
- Schedule and conduct managed practice clinic site visits
- Engage Barrie & Community Family Health Organization and Family Health Team
- Discuss practice options including locum, new starts and taking over an existing
- Assist with Supervision where applicable
- Summarize available support from province such as Income Stabilization Program and Health Care Connect
- Provide introductions to colleagues and Allied Health Professionals in the community
- Facilitate manage practice physician agreements
- Connect with Property Management contacts or Commercial Real Estate Agents where advisable

Mr. Raymond Labelle has been a pharmacist in Simcoe County for over 25 years. In the last decade, he has been involved in physician and medical tenant recruitment for multiple sites in Barrie, Innisfil, and across Simcoe County. He has facilitated managed practice positions for several Primary Care and Specialty providers at the clinic he founded, Barrie North Family Medicine, as well as Saint Elizabeth Medical Services.
